The Project Management Process at Apple Sign and Awning
A guide to the steps for successful project completion
A – REQUEST
You contact us with a new project request.
B – CONTACT
Apple contacts the location and, if required, the landlord.
C – SURVEY
Apple researches and verifies site conditions and acquires detailed measurements to ensure a successful project.
D – DESIGN
The project manager and graphic design team complete layouts. When you are happy with the design, sign it and send it back to us.
E – ESTIMATE
We send your approved design layout to our estimating department, who get you the best price possible.
F – APPROVAL
Sign the estimate and return it with a 50% deposit and we are ready to go. Apple Sign & Awning only accepts cash and checks.
G – PERMIT
If the project requires any permits, we will start the permit application process. Please note: This process can take as long 10 weeks, depending on the location of the installation.
H – PRODUCTION
Production begins when all required permits, if any, are received. Production times vary by the complexity of your project.
J – DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Delivery and installation is coordinated as the project nears completion.
Apple Signs will provide updates on all projects.
Small scale projects that do not require permits or extensive fabrication can be expedited.
